Introducing the NIKE Running Shoe Finder. Runners of all kinds consistently face a challenge: Which running shoes should I buy? Enter the NIKE Running Shoe Match Assistant, a digital tool jointly launched on the NIKE Mini Program, NIKE App, and retail stores. By answering questions related to running surface, purpose, technical requirements, and more, NIKE recommends suitable shoes to consumers.
In the Mini Program and App, users are directly guided to product details and a product wall. Since its launch at the end of May, over 70% of users have completed the experience to the product details page. In the second phase, we introduced more 3D elements for a vibrant visual experience, added pop-up pages for additional educational information, incorporated feedback collection pages, and in the third phase, included a comparison feature to make it easier for consumers to compare products and make informed purchase decisions. This digital product is continuously evolving.
Our team dedicated extensive time and effort to formulate a comprehensive strategy and conduct thorough research into the dynamic Chinese running market. Through in-depth market analysis and consumer insights, we gained a deep understanding of the nuances and preferences of the local audience.
Leveraging this knowledge, we meticulously crafted a user experience (UX) flow tailored to cater to the unique demands and expectations of the Chinese running enthusiasts. Our rigorous approach and strategic thinking have not only honed our understanding of this market but have also paved the way for a seamless and engaging experience for our users.
In our pursuit of "user growth," we harnessed valuable insights from our data-driven experiences. To bolster our user base, we implemented several key changes.
Firstly, we introduced a vibrant onboarding process to welcome new users with open arms. Next, we enhanced our 3D visual elements, making the immersive experience even more user-friendly. Additionally, we integrated a feedback feature into the results page, empowering our users to share their thoughts and helping us continually refine and improve our offerings. These changes reflect our commitment to delivering an exceptional user experience and driving sustainable growth.
Building upon the foundation laid in Phase 2, we've taken steps to elevate the user experience even further. Introducing a new feature, aptly named "Quick Comparison", it enables users to swiftly and effortlessly compare various running shoes.
This streamlined tool offers a quick and efficient way for our users to make informed decisions about their footwear, ensuring that they can find the perfect fit for their running needs. Our commitment to enhancing the user journey remains unwavering, and this feature exemplifies our dedication to providing a seamless and informed experience.
