This project was proposed by the well-established Hong Kong lingerie brand Chicks Lifestyle with the theme of Offline to Online (O2O). It was a short-cycle UX-oriented/service-design-based project lasting one month, with a team of 4. I served as the design lead, with the responsibility of proposing insights and transforming them into solutions. The content included the entire UX design process, from desk research to user test, involving 6 interviews, a survey, and both qualitative and quantitative data analysis. The design objectives and challenges were twofold: 1. Helping the client understand O2O trends; 2. Enhancing the O2O shopping experience without changing branding.

Arup, as a world-renowned architecture and public open space design company, tasked us with creating innovative service designs focusing on livability and sustainable development. The backdrop for this project was Hong Kong, and the goal was to develop innovative services for the next 5 to 10 years. Starting with "food" in the aspects of clothing, food, housing, and transportation, we explored how to combine public open spaces with "food" in a way that ensures sustainability and encourages more people to participate, all while integrating with the limited public areas in Hong Kong. The project not only enhanced UX but also catered to business needs.
